Duo Golf Player Agreement By registering for and participating in any Duo Golf Partners, LLC (“Duo Golf”) league, event, or activity, I (“Participant”) acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Player Agreement for the full duration of the season.
I understand that Duo Golf is a structured seasonal league. Registration constitutes a commitment for the full season, regardless of attendance, performance, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.
I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Harassment, unsafe behavior, or abuse of staff, players, or course personnel may result in immediate removal.
Payment
I agree to one of the approved payment schedules at the time of registration. Payment obligations are fixed and not contingent upon attendance, performance, weather, or continued participation.
Option 1: All at Once: $1000 per team by April 1, 2026, waiving associated player registration fees.
Option 2: Three Payments: $334 by April 1, 2026+ player registration fees; $333 by May 1, 2026; $333 by Jun. 1, 2026.
All player are subject to a player registration fee of $25 unless waived by paying for the team registration prior to April 1st.
Failure to make a scheduled payment by the stated due date may result in suspension from league play, forfeiture of matches, or removal from the league at Duo Golf’s discretion. Missed payments do not void outstanding balances.
Attendance
Duo Golf pre-pays tee times and operational costs in advance. I understand that failure to attend a scheduled match (“no-show”) does not entitle me to a refund, credit, or rescheduled round.If I choose to withdraw from the league at any point, all payments made are non-refundable. Any remaining unpaid balance under the selected payment plan remains due.Duo Golf reserves the right to remove me for conduct deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with league values. Removal does not entitle me to any refund.
Weather
Duo Golf reserves the right to modify schedules, courses, formats, or start times due to weather, course conditions, or operational needs. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or fee reductions.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with golf activities, including but limited to injury, property damage, illness, or death. I release Duo Golf Partners LLC, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and host courses from any liability arising from participation except for acts of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Media & Content Release Participant grants Duo Golf the unrestricted right to capture, use, and distribute photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during league events for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without compensation. Participants under 18 require parental consent for media use.
Equipment
I am responsible for providing my own equipment and complying to league and local course rules, and pace-of-play expectations
Player Transfer/ Substitution Policy
Teams looking to add a third player during the duration of the season or pass the deadline of April 23, 2026 must pay an additional fee of $25. No teams may trade players. Teams may have up to 3 players max.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.Duo Golf is not liable for cancellations due to acts of God, government orders, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
